Rude reception!!!
We walked up and greeted with a good morning and started to inform the lady about a scheduled appointment we have and we’re immediately cutoff with her saying “ID and insurance”, no good morning, no smile, nothing, blonde heavy set lady with green scrubs and burgundy sweater. If it wasn’t that we needed to complete the visit we would have gone elsewhere. We proceeded to notice we weren’t the only ones receiving this treatment apparently this office treats it as an assembly line or as if we are need like a food bank. We pay for these services whether out of pocket or through our hard earned insurance. This is unacceptable service!!!
