Wrong appointments
While I expected appointment in Beaumont for a CT scan I got a call with an appointment in Port Arther. They called and said I would be taking Barium and I told them no I cannot and will not. Dr. office said no it was to be an IV contrast. After spending an hour waiting at registration I was told to pick up my barium! I said no I was to have an IV contrast. After some checking the register came back and said it would be a drinking barium. I said NO they should cancel the appointment. They said it could take up to weeks to get my $150 prepaid copay refunded! Well over an hour to accomplish nothing!
