Thankful to all the staff for a very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Several of my questions were addressed and treatment plans were provided. I am satisfied at this time and hopeful that the treatment plans will provide comfort for the future.

Had cataract surgery November 2022 at Texan Eye South. Couple months ago my vision seemed like I was looking through haze all the time. Made a quick easy appointment with Dr Aschenbeck & she diagnosed my problem (can’t remember medical name but commonly referred to as cobwebs behind the lense.) Said if I had an extra hour & a driver she could work me in. A short lazer procedure was done in one visit. My vision is now crisp and clear. Dr Kyla was friendly and professional. Hope I didn’t make her late for her next appointment.

Check in staff very nice, quick check in pre-check in online is great. Short wait, running on time, tech very nice and professional very thorough in doing her part of the process. This was my first time to see Dr. Zhu. He was very professional and nice and it was obvious he had reviewed my file. It was like he had been my doctor for quite some time. He was very thorough in his exam and review of my history and explained options very well in future cataract removal. It was overall a great appointment experience.

Everyone is very nice and efficient. Appears very clean. Very convenient parking. Docs seem very competent.

I called for an appointment because I had a chemical burn in my eye and they were able to see me that morning. Dr. Lewis is amazing; he fixed me up and put my mind at ease

My wife and I saw Dr. Durham for the first time and we were both impressed with how friendly, open and helpful she was. My wife even commented that if I needed cataract surgery on my other eye and Dr. Walters was not practicing anymore, she would be ok with Dr Durham doing it

The tech, Simone was amazing. She listened to new complaints and was thorough in updating my chart, reading it back to me to ensure accuracy. Her exam was patient, reviewing my choices until I was certain. She was polite and patient- centered and unhurried, yet efficient. Very professional.

Great doctors and staff. However the Balcones location takes so long to see the doctor as waiting time for the appointment is awful. The S Mopac location is always on time.

Everyone was very professional, respectf, friendly and caring. We've been going here for 15 years and have never considered going anywhere else.

I have now seen four different eye surgeons through this practice. These doctors saved my vision. On Friday I met with Dr. OSA. She is incredible as I have two autoimmune diseases and asthma. She understood the treatment for these diseases and how the medications impact my overall health. I was stunned because I have had to explain these diseases to doctors in the ER and even twice had to call my endocrinologist for help in guidance of the doctors treating me. One disease is extremely rare. She said, “It’s all related.” And it IS! I enjoyed talking with her a lot as she taught me as well as treated me. I highly recommend this practice.

Everyone from the front desk personel to the tech to the Dr was very friendly & courteous. I was impressed with their knowledge & professionalism. Highest recommendation.

Dr. Osa was extremely through and professional in her examination, her diagnosis, and her recommendations for future actions that I can take. My wait time was very short and the Tech very friendly, professional, and was able to put me at ease during all the required test. An extremely comfortable and pleasant visit. Certainly 5 stars or more.
