Terrible follow up after surgery
My husband had back surgery with Dr. Stovall on December 7. He developed an infection. Yesterday, December 12 I called his office over five times and was on hold for over 40 minutes each time. Finally, I found a person who answered the phone and swore to me that Dr. Stovall would call in a prescription at 6pm. Today no prescription, no messages, nothing. I hope the surgery turns out to be good, but I cannot recommend him or his office staff.
