I have visited 2 locations, and the opticians have a very relaxed customer service. Enough to ignore a customer or a customers needs. 11/29 I visited the Scranton location to look for frames & waited over an hour. 1st because I was just told to sign in and wait, directed to a clipboard to sign in. No other interaction afterwards. Then as I'm waiting, and was the next in-line, an employee from another floor was speaking to an optician about what the needed etc. The optician then ignored me and just went on to servicing her. I then had to ask the desk team, to just show me what I was looking for, while I was still waiting. Then I was just pointed to a wall until an optician was helpful to assist me in looking for a style. I then noticed that I was being talked about between two of the associates, that was very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed in my visit to NE Eye Institute looking for frames especially when Luxury designers are represented.
