Dr. Kim met with my 18-year old daughter for a psychiatric evaluation. After paying $645 Dr. Kim refused to provide my daughter with her actual psychiatric evaluation, claiming HIPPA law "prevents her from sharing that information." Since when does HIPPA prevent my daughter—the patient—from receiving her own health info? TOTALLY FALSE!
