As always, the front office staff and Dr. Thompson and her medical assistant or caring, kind and courteous. Dr. Thompson doesn't rush you and listens to everything you have to say regarding your health issues and personal information. I am so glad that I have found Dr. Thompson for my RA. She is the best. I highly recommend her and Northwest Rheumatology. They are also very quick to respond to any message that is left on their voicemail.

I have been receiving care from Northwest Rheumatology for about 7 years. I see Dr Thompson. She is very caring, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She is quick to answer my questions using the online message system. The staff are also very friendly and courteous. I have been very impressed with the infusion department. The staff are kind, gentle and very organized. I highly recommend Northwest Rheumatology.
