Rude, incompetent and condescending
As a fellow healthcare provider I can tell you avoid Elizabeth and Dr Bryan like the plaque if you want your practitioner to actually listen to you. Arrogant, rude, condescending are a few words that come to mind.

Have been going to the Troy office for years
and have had absolutely nothing but praise for any of the staff! Dr. Huyck and Elizabeth have always been great listeners, have presented treatment plans after getting a thorough understanding of the problem, and include me in any potential treatment decisions. The nurses and office staff have always been professional and friendly, even when extremely busy.

Dr. Allen at Arthritis Care
My Rheumatologist is Dr. Michael Allen at Arthritis Care. I have been seeing him at the Troy office for 10 months. He listens, discusses your options and you both come to a solution together. I was trying to get my previous Rheumatologist to switch my biologic for over two years which stopped working and she made excuses not to. At my consultation appointment Dr. Allen listened to my concerns and prescribed a new biologic on the spot. He increased the dose of my biologic after several months of taking it and he completes medical accommodation paperwork to continue working from home. I have not felt heard by a doctor in years. It is rare to find a doctor that provides outstanding quality of medical care like Dr. Allen does. I highly recommend becoming his patient. I am lucky to have found him and his practice.

Rude front desk and unreasonable wait
The front staff is rude to start off. Then when I get there I’m waiting over 30 min in a room….follow up appointment or not, why be there for 930 if I’m going to be stuffed in a room until way after 10 with no contact? Things get backed up but it seems like no one there has any sense of urgency or even attempt to be on time. the staff seem entitled hence the rude part which is a shame because the actual doctor I saw was decent but his staff is low level

I do not have any concerns or problems with Barb who is treating me. However, I can not say the same of the office staff. Some examples of why I am leaving the practice: The office frequently does not return phone messages. I am being treated for uveitis and once when I called I was told that the practice only treats arthritis. I am taking Humira which is an immunosuppressant. I was told by one of the staff that I was not immunosuppressant. My HMO changed the pharmacy they were using. I asked one of the staff to send the script to the new pharmacy. I gave her the phone number. She called back and said that the script was sent to a different pharmacy because it was easier. I spoke to the office manager who said she would talk to the individual and get back to me. Its been weeks and I have not hear from her

I saw Dr.Bryan for the first time a few weeks ago.My visit went well.He ordered a med for me.I told him my pharmacy and I waited for a text saying it was ready. I never got the text.I then received a call from a different pharmacy saying it was ready.I declined it since it wasnt my pharmacy.I then called the CP office to tell them about the mistake and I gave my real pharmacy name and phone number. I went to my pharmacy to pick up what I thought was the med from Dr.Bryan.It was never called in I then repeated that process a couple times.Still no med.I called this morning and actually got a live person.I asked why my messages havent been returned.She claims she listens to the voice mail every morning and never got any messages from me.I told her this has been going on for several weeks.She again said she never got any messages.Then she says after several minutes of going back and forth that they take messages off the CP line in the Troy office.
