I asked this office if they took my insurance. They said they did. After I got a cleaning and x-rays they said I needed four crowns. Then they told me my insurance only paid for a crown they didn’t do they only did a pure porcelain crown. I told them I didn’t need that kind, they told me it was the only kind they do and I told them they should’ve told me before I begin any procedures. So instead of $550 I paid $1400 for the first crown. They told me I needed three more. I told them I couldn’t afford that much and found a dentist that honored my insurance. I found a doctor in Highland that did them for $489 each.Three days ago the crown put on by Dr. Grossman fell off. I called them and asked if they could repair it. They told me since I didn’t have them do the other work I could not see the dentist. I told them I didn’t come back because I couldn’t afford it and never heard of a dentist that Didn’t stand Behind his work. It was a very costly and unfortunate experience. Beware.
