They told me they took my insurance. After they start the procedures they did said they didn’t pay for the kind of crown I needed so it would be $1400. I need four more so I left and couldn’t afford them. My crown fell off a few months later. I go to tell them and they said they couldn’t help me because I left their practice. I told them I left because they didn’t honor my insurance like they said, and I couldn’t afford it. I told them I’ve never heard of a dentist that didn’t stand behind their work. I found another dentist that did the other four crowns for $479 each . The new dentist also fixed Dr. Mark Grossman‘s $1400 crown. They do not honor and stand behind their work. There is a lack of integrity with this business. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

This is by far the worst dental practice I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude to the patients. The quality of the work is shoddy, and they do not stand behind it..Matthew Grossman is a poor dentist, and I do not recommend him to anyone. Avoid this office at all costs. I regret having ever gone there.
