I have a referral and approval from insurance. I have called 3 times and requested appointment twice online. I have never received a call back.If you can't even get an appointment how will the care be?

Further inept, inept, inept
My health care provider had to get the appointment due to a totally failed system you must use. Unable to use system after an hour and 15 minute wait. No call back as stated on recording. At my appointment the reception person said she had been trying to call me but I left an invalid number. I told her I left the number 3 times on the recording and that I left it with the office the last appointment. Filled out all the information again, including pharmacy info. Gave Dr. correct pharmacy info and watched him put it in the computer. He proscribed medication. At checkout I asked about pharmacy info to make sure they had it right. He read it back to me as correct. The pharmacy notified me that my prescription was ready. Went to pick it up and was not at my pharmacy, but at my previous pharmacy 21 miles away. Their computer system is so outdated it can not take updates or their personnel are so outdated they can not take updates. Don't know which one is correct. Bad experience

I'm a long term customer and hate to write a negative review. The good thing is problems can be fixed if management wants to do so. Prior to COVID the allergy shot clinic was walk in. Now it's by appointment only. I'm reviewing the Cathedral Rock location. Dr. Sim Lee. I get my shots monthly. My last shot was in early September and I wanted to schedule my next shot while I was checking out. I was told to phone back end of September because calendar wasn't open. I was nearby one morning in late September and attempted to call. After 30 minutes listening to music on hold I decided to walk in and hopefully get my shot early and schedule future shots. The waiting room was empty but I was told no walk-ins, but I was able to schedule an appointment. My suggestions to make this a 5 star review: 1. Set up on-line appointment scheduling. 2. Hire enough people to answer your phones. 3. If you aren't too busy, allow an established patient to walk in and be seen.
