Messed up my eyes wih the cataract surgery the did
8 months later after much struggle and no response from them to fix the problem (ignored) I had an explant done by a different surgery and lens replaced-- now the problem is solved. OMNI IS TERRIBLE. Do not go there. D not refer anybody there

Made us wait over three hours. Poor scheduling
They said they were on schedule when we got there. 2.5 hours later still in pre op. Completely unacceptable. Go somewhere else

Kind staff, skilled doctors
Dr. Douglas Grayson is the best! My right eye vision gets better every day. I went to an inept eye doctor 18 months ago, for cataracts. Doctor broke my left lens while trying to extract it, and then my retina separated. My left eye is now ’as good as it’s going to get’. Should have gone to Omni Eye Service first. Staff explains everything step in simple words and calms the patient and their family with good information and expertise. Dr. Grayson is skilled and knowledgeable with a no nonsense, no excuses approach. Scared of having an eye operation? Come here first!
