The providers are all very attentive and they have a provider for almost every specialty, so even if they have to refer you, it's in the same office. I got my blood work done and the entire process took 10 minutes start to finish, and I got my results online less than 8 hours later.

I have been a patient of Rowan Diagnostic Clinic (RDC) for over ten years. I believed I was getting exceptional care, administration side was abysmal, as many of the other reviews state, but I thought I was getting good care. Staff will not fill narcotic prescriptions over the phone or by request from the pharmacy, my mailbox is full of emails from CVS and Walgreens pleading with Rowan Diagnostic to respond to their faxes. You are required to physically go into the office and request your prescription to be filled. Staff then point the finger at the pharmacy or BCBS for not fulfilling the prescription. So, I went to another care team, Dr. Ashten K Crosby, Novant Health Rowan Family Physicians (NHRFP). Amazing medical care! Everything online! Refills? Questions? Appointments? All online! Directly linked to Duke Health. Frankly, saved my life. My only sadness is I didn’t leave RDC sooner while I was in better health.
