The Surgery Scheduling dept. is exceptional. They are very professional, and compassionate going above and beyond. That is where the good vibration ends. The patient portal has been down since Dec. 2023, it is now July 2024, you can't get any info and nothing is communicated properly. My last visit, my Dr. was unavailable, the Dr. who covered for him walked in, walked out, walked back in, performed the injection, and left. Never said one word, no good morning, Hi I'm Dr. so&so, nothing. Trying to arrange for surgery is a nightmare! Not because of the scheduling team, what ever they are paid, it's not enough. The day before a surgery I had to reschedule 3X, I was called and told I would have to pay $2900 up front. No one mentioned that in the 5 months prior. Stuff comes out of left field, missing appt. you never scheduled, prescriptions you did not know were waiting for pick up, nothin is communicated. I am a very organized person, and this place stresses me out!
