Northeast Urologic Surgery

if I had an option for zero stars, that’s what NorthEast urologic surgery would get. It’s hard to believe their business is still running. after nine visits to their office, and a $40 co-pay for every visit and a $590 bill I decided to see a new urologist. My experience with my nine visits. two of the times I was supposed to see a doctor, the doctor wasn’t in. The office wasn’t even open on time, and I waited to see that one of the staff members was opening the office with a coffee in his hand. The other time I drove all the way home and called, and they tried telling me my appointment was later, which was not true, because I had the appointment card in my hand. This place is a disaster. I had two visits with my new urologist and I already had my surgery to fix my problem. meanwhile, I wasted my time going to nine visits to accomplish nothing but a high bill that I’m Stuck paying. After going to the ER, and getting a CAT scan which discovered a 7mm kidney stone, I was referred to this practice. I called at 8:30AM the next morning. I was told they'd review the report from the ER and call me back. I waited until 2PM and called them back. The woman answering sounded annoyed with me and said that once they reviewed the report they would call back. The next morning at 8:30 AM I called them and reached the first person I spoke with, asked what's up with my appointment. Was told she was just about to review my paperwork, she'll call me in 15 minutes. Now I'm writing this review after waiting for 90 minutes. I just called another urologist's office and booked an appointment for first thing tomorrow morning! Wish I had called them first yesterday - I would have seen a doctor by now! Horrible office support staff. It's a shame, because some of their doctors get excellent reviews. Meaningless if you can't get through their firewall!
