Very nice staff. Friendly and kind. Paige,Darian, and Sandra are really gentle when working on your teeth. Dr.Kerns is very knowledgeable and does a great job. The whole staff is amazing. Been seeing them for dental work for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love the people who work here and would recommend them to anyone.

Did not have to wait for provider; appointment time is when they plan to bring to the treatment room.

I've been going to Primo Smiles for a while now, but I recently had a visit in which I had some discomfort with the administration of the numbing medicine. I told the staff, and they made accommodations for me so that the visit I had today went much more smoothly and I was much more comfortable. I love ALL the staff, but Darrian, Paige, and Brenda were my 'Sheroes' today.

The best experience ever at a dentist office! The visit was very personal and thorough. The office uses lots of technology to make sure they stay ahead of your dental hygiene. They make great suggestions to help get ahead of anything going on. Rachel was an amazing hygienist. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything she was doing in detail. Dr Kerns was very personable along with all the staff I encountered. Also the playlist was great.
