I’ve never had an experience like I had at Primo Smiles! This place was awesome, I almost felt bad because they treated me so well. I’m not sure you can find a better place catering to their patients. Most places brag about themselves but it’s just fluff, Primo deserves every right to brag about their business because they’ll definitely back it up. I was sick knowing I needed a dentist especially after the horrific experiences in my younger years. I’m so thankful and blessed that my friend recommended reaching out to Primo “Rachel”. This staff catered to every single fear and doubt I could imagine, the care and respect that I received is probably normal but y’all created a bond for life! Keep up the awesome work

This office is amazing! Dr.Kerns, his staff, and the facility are fabulous. I had to have a crown put on, I was nervous but from the moment you walk through the door they make you feel at home. I’m so thankful I chose Primo Smiles for my dental needs! Highly recommend!

Over the top visit . The staff is beyond friendly, i.e. , great atmosphere, helpful , informative and everyone wishing my wife and I a Merry Christmas. Rachel , our hygienist, very knowledgeable , professional and answered all my questions without hesitation or doubts . My visit today was very pleasant. All staff members were very friendly. The Christmas atmosphere, from shirts to music, was amazing. We love Rachel. She does a thorough job and explains along the way what she is finding and what we can do to improve our dental health!

Primo Smiles has an amazing team with a warm welcoming atmosphere. They insured to schedule enough time to make sure that I can get everything done in one visit due to my work schedule. Dr. Kearns and his staff always provide the best cosmetic outcome and make sure you are very comfortable while in the office.

Each individual at this location is super nice and incredibly detail oriented with their work. I am astonished every single visit with the care and intent they seem to put into each patient.

Broke a tooth at 10:30am, called at 12:20, they got me in at 1:30. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Provided lots of options and no pressure. Would highly recommend.

No pain but gain, mouth feels better

Primo Smiles is by far the best dentist office that I have been to! All the staff are great, the atmosphere is upbeat and friendly, and Dr Kerns is extremely nice and professional. He has never been pushy, just gives you what he sees, tells you what options you have and let’s you make the decision! These things are what will keep me going back to Primo for good.

My first visit to Primo Smiles today was absolutely wonderful! I chipped my tooth yesterday and they were able to work me right in. Paige , one of the hygienist numbed me and I didn’t feel anything! Great job Paige! Rachel assisted Dr. Kerns and they both were amazing! I’m usually super nervous to go to the dentist but everyone at the office was so nice and made me feel well taken care of! I can’t forget the noise canceling headphones as they definitely helped tremendously! Great job Primo Smiles and thank you for taking such great care of me! I appreciate all of you!

From the setting of the appointment to the care by all of the staff, I felt respected and any questions or concerns were immediately addressed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr Kerns was very understanding of my issue ,very friendly and professional. He and his staff were very accommodating and even came in on Saturday to address my issues. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing dental care.
