Wouldn't Recommend
Over the past couple of years, this facility has went downhill. You are constantly met with a voicemail or 'callback' feature. Don't expect to talk to a real person the same day you need something. Also, the doctors don't take the time to really listen to your ailments and they make you feel more like a dollar amount than a patient.

Service lacking.
Since this facility was taken over by Optum, the service is horrible. It is nearly impossible to reach a live person by phone without writing close to an hour. Parking lot us nearly empty moat of the time which says something for the facility. The only thing that keeps me here is Dr Rousseau who is the absolute best.
