Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

It is a nightmare to get this office to renew a prescrition. They act like it is not their problem and act like it's funny to them to renew your a prescription for meds that you dispersedly need.

Grateful
Dr. Van Valer was most helpful in diagnosing my husband's issue. And has been a valuable resource for our daughter who has low intelligence. We are most grateful.j

Dr. Van Valer diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis July of 2021. I was immediately scared my life was over as I knew it, but he and his nurse Kelly, along with the rest of the staff at his office, took that and turned it into a minor challenge that I know without a doubt I can overcome. They have stood beside me each step, holding my hand and guiding me, lifting me up and cheering me on. I wouldn't have had the strength to fight as hard as I have if it wouldn't have been for them, and I'll be forever grateful they have been a part of my journey. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough for what you've all done for me, but thank you. Thank you so much. -Anna A.

I had a good first experience with Dr. Van Valer. He spent more time with me than any other neurologist in the past and talked with me like a person; not dismissive like so many other neurologists have been. It was obvious that he'd taken the time to become well versed in my case and had reviewed my history. He explained things at my level. He seemed to listen and recognized that all of my, "conditions," which had previously been treated separately, were actually symptomatic of one major underlying condition. It was the proverbial, "light bulb moment."

Refused to see a patient with dementia who did not follow all his recommendations 100%. He's an angry person with poor bedside manner.
