Elterman Center for Women's and Men's Health

Both doctors Elterman and Tarnauskas are great, same goes to nurses and medical staff. Five stars there. I've been a patient since 2006, and was always completely satisfied with the practice. Not so much for office staff, and especially the billing department. Today, I was denied a treatment (scheduled appointment), on a false claim that I still have a balance, not paid by my insurance, and they tried to double charge me. The insurance did pay this amount, and it was cleared by the Elterman's center more than a month ago. They wouldn't ever bother checking it and said it was my problem. Later today, I sent them a proof of payment, and there was no answer to it, not even talking about apology. Really unprofessional and rude. Awful. Will wait a couple of days, and probably should find another provider, despite the doctors and medical staff high qualification and care.

My visit was excellent with doctor Tarnauskas. He paid attention to my every concern. Highly recommend.

I had excellent experience with ALL of my visits to Dr. Elterman Center in Chicago and Skokie locations. He, his nurse practitioner, schedulers and front desk associates are highly professional, compassionate and friendly.
