Office Gate Keepers
After being a patient with the practice for several years, my doctor left the practice. Have been attempting to speak with the office manager for over 6 weeks and I cannot get a return call. Initially, I was told the manager was working her way through messages from her patients, but now I just get a standard response from the schedulers that they are giving her my message.
