I really like the PA I see at this location, but the support staff is just so bad! I waited 2 months for someone to return my call for an appointment. During this wait I would call back again and was given the same VM- multiple calls delays the response back to you. I have lung cancer- come on!!!Then I was told I couldn’t be seen for 6-8 months because they considered me a new patient. Perhaps I wouldn’t be considered new if I hadn’t waited so long to get a phone call back for my appointment. Then I find out I actually should have been seen right away. Anyhow my latest debacle is waiting on my oxygen. The provider sent an order in for my walk test, which I failed of course. But even though the therapist that came to my home sent the order in 2 weeks ago, now I cannot get the officer to call the oxygen company. I see the providers just could care less about older people in Florida. I just need to pull the sheet over my head and give up. This wouldn’t happen up north.
