Dr. Miller may be a fine doc (more on that later), but when a practice is routinely behind (by 90+ minutes), it's a problem. I get that a doc's day is unpredictable, but that's not the issue, because you *can* accurately predict that he will be an hour or more behind. Beyond that, when I first saw Dr. Miller, he got laser focused on a non-rheumatological condition I had, outside his specialty. Instead of discussing the rheumatological issue I wanted to discuss, he spent the whole time telling me that the specialist dealing with the other issue was treating me incorrectly. I tried to talk about my rheum issue, but he insisted it was more urgent to correct the other doc's approach - despite the two conditions being unrelated (ie not a case of "I can't treat issue A until issue B is resolved," just a case of "who cares about issue A, when issue B is so much more serious?"). That struck me as both arrogant and inconsiderate. Add on the chronic lateness, and I don't think I'll be going back
