A Nightmare Experience with Spartan Orthopedics Institute - I should have read the reviews before going, all experiences the same, so I promise it's not just me!I'm appalled by the abysmal service I've received from this office. Despite paying upfront for an all of our appointments, I'm still waiting for a refund of nearly $500. The office staff has been negligent in processing the final EOB (that they messed up), delaying my refund for over three months.Numerous emails and follow-ups have yielded little to no progress. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated with such disregard. The unprofessionalism and incompetence are truly disheartening. DO NOT COME HERE!
