Nice doctor, rude uncooperative staff.
Dr. Andrawis was nice and listened to me. I needed an exray for the insurance but the doctor wanted an MRI. Two weeks after I had the exray done I tried to get 'Emily' to return my calls so I could know if the MRI was ok to schedule. She never called me back.. Rude person on the phone when I called to leave messages for her. Long wait in crowded waiting room combined with rudeness (to people sick and in pain) led me to go elsewhere. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This place is a joke
30-45 minutes wait on every appointment. They never answer the phone, when a medication was not available they refused to offer any type of alternative medication(even when we suggested one). The dr spent the entire appointment on his cell phone ignoring the patient.

Univeristy Office - Horrible
Dr Andrawis is great, take his time and listen on the first consultation. Emily and Sara are also great & courteous. The office at University Blvd is horrible. They do not even have a local phone number. It is not a welcome place to be. Dr Andrawis was not in the office on my appointment date for a procedure and Dr Romero was in charge. He did not even introduce himself of just say hi when I was risking my back at the time and the treatment lasted only two weeks. On the 3rd visit- only a consultant was on site. No doctor or nurse did the consultation. This is very unprofessional way to treat a patient. I will not recommend this office to anybody.
