Terrible Experience
I’ve been going there for two years. My nurse forgot to send my prescription into my pharmacy I called days later asking what happened, I was told the order was not placed. They called it in, so I’m thinking great! I go to pick up my RX, to find it is only for two days worth (not for 30). After MANY calls to the office for a week, with NO calls returned (I am in pain without my meds this whole time) and no one seems to care. At this point they made me feel like they are avoiding me, making me feel like the bad guy for wanting my meds! It’s as though staff cannot do what needs to be done. I got a lot of “I’ll give the nurse the message”Then a wrong RX was sent in for HALF my dose for two weeks until my next appt! No one would or could change the dosing. VERY poor communicators and if something goes wrong don’t expect them to make it right for you! Very unorganized.. A total nightmare and stressful and in one month of pain. They should be ashamed. I couldn’t leave them fast enough

He has a amazing and compassionate energy
The way he delivered the news to me about my heart. He was very attentive to what I was going through and found a way to help me. I was very pleased. There was no chair in the room and he kneeled down by my bed to speak to me. After introducing himself with a warm hand shake. Most doctors come in like your a germ and stand back and definitely don’t introduce themselves with a warm handshake is comes off very arrogant. This doctor came off confidence, but not arrogance.

Good listener
Dr Andrawis is good and at listening and take his time at consultation. The University office is not a good place to go for a pain procedure. They did assume that I was there for drug medication. Only a consultant was present during my third visit. I did request a doctor, but I was not able to get one. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been treated by Dr Andrawis for over 14 years. I have been with him from day one when he opened his new practice in Orange Park,Fl on Kingsley Ave. He has three offices now but my wife and I see him on his Orange Park location. He is a kind, gentle doctor that listens and understands our needs. From our medications to my spinal core stimulator implant. He has a very busy practice but always takes time to follow up with his nurses and sits down and talks about our conditions!

I highly recommend Dr. Andrawis and Dr. Matos. Very caring and a good listener. When I arrived in his office ,back in 2016, I had chronic pain due to work related injuries that happen in the year 2015. I have come long ways , Thank s to Dr. Andrawis and Dr. Matos for their Medical treatment. They are still working with me. I would give them a 10 ********** stars. So, if your are in chronic pain or pain , wherever the situation maybe for you, don't hesitate to see them.

This review isn't so much for the Dr, as it is for the back office staff. They are disorganised, and terrible at communicating unless you are in their face. I've been a patient for years, I'll be leaving at the first of the year.

I have been treated by Dr. Andrawis for more than ten years. He has always been caring, compassionate, and professional. I have sever back, neck, shoulder, and nerve problems and with his treatment I have been able to function. He is always concerned with the possibility of abuse and addiction and monitors my medications accordingly. All my other doctors always refer me to him for pain management after surgery. The staff is friendly and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone.

In my experience I have found Dr. Andrawis to be compassionate and knowledgeable. I am being treated for herniated discs, spinal arthritis and nerve pain. My daily activities have been made more tolerable due to his treatment. The staff are pleasant, but like all physician's offices sometimes the wait is longer than normal.
