The office appears nice, but it was very disorganized. Biggest problem is trying to get someone on the phone - five calls to get an appointment, another 4 to get my imaging requisitions sent to the correct location, which has not happened. The PA I saw was judgemental and I almost cried in the elevator on the way out. Seems like they care a lot about outward appearances, but care very little about patient care.

Wonderful Experience
I had a wonderful experience with the Magnolia Breast Center. Dr. Mai did my surgery and everything went well. I also had a scheduling coordinator named Almaira who kept me informed, consulted me, and followed up with me every step of the way. After my surgery Mandi the office manager called to ensure I was doing well. The customer service and care from Magnolia Breast Center alleviated my fears and provided me with a very pleasant experience. THANK YOU Dr. Mai, Almaira and Mandi. I would highly recommend Magnolia Breast Center.

This was supposed to be a one hour procedure but it took 7 hours due to the doctor’s poor scheduling.
