Multiple attempts to overbill
I went there for infected tonsils. I then got a bill for $300 more than my insurance carrier had contracted. I contacted MDNow along with my insurance company who informed them that my bill was $187, not $487. Four months of wrong bills come in looking to overcharge me and 4 months of calling trying to correct the situation. Finally a correct bill of $187 arrives which is paid that very same day. In today's mail I got notice of being sent to a collection agency despite their attempt to overcharge me and despite the fact the the bill has been paid and the check has been cashed.
