Excellent
Dr. Biana Manchik-Schwartz is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients. She demonstrates genuine concern and takes the time needed during examinations, ensuring thorough and compassionate care. Her professionalism is evident in every aspect of her practice.However, I must note that the customer service office leaves much to be desired. They often fail to return calls, and it's rare to reach them by phone during working hours. Additionally, there have been significant delays in processing prescriptions, which can be frustrating for patients.Overall, Dr. Biana Manchik-Schwartz's medical expertise and dedication to patient care are commendable. Improvements in customer service responsiveness would greatly enhance the overall patient experience at the practice.

Best Doctor ever.
Dr. Manchik was my Dr in Canada and I miss her very much. She was patient and caring. I never felt rushed and I could talk to her about anything. I trusted her so much.

She was my doctor in Canada and I was so sad when she moved. If you have a chance to get her as a family doctor, don’t hesitate. She’s the best doctor I’ve had hands down. She listens to what you’re saying and is thorough in her work.
