My fiancé had a follow-up appointment at the West Drive location scheduled three months in advance. Shortly before the appointment, he had a health insurance change. He called to inform the staff of this, and they placed him on a 15-minute hold. He was at work, so he could not wait.The next day; he tried to call again, only to find that someone cancelled his appointment! They “resolved” it and gave the appointment back, only for him to get a call later that the doctor had an emergency, and his appointment was cancelled. He was told to wait to see when his new appointment could be.The next morning, he was called and basically told, “too bad” that he had to wait three more months, even though the doctor is the one that cancelled, and he expressed to the staff that he had serious health concerns that could not wait. We will be using a different doctor from now on!
