Shame on you
First of all, I had a 9 am appointment and wasn't seen until nearly 10. How does an office get so backed up so early in the morning? I hate to think what would have happened had my appointment been later in the day. We were seen by the nurse practitioner for less than 5 minutes, she examined my son briefly, and then was on her way. The lady at the front desk then chased me out saying that I owed over $450 for the consult, even with insurance, and that I had to pay it right on the spot rather than them sending me a bill. $450 for a 5-minute consult is absolutely INSANE. Shame on you.
