If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional, I had a 10am appointment and wasn’t seen until 1:30pm. We were rushed and left without answers.

His associate was ok at my first visit. Then for the second visit the day before his office said my Humana referral lacked a coding. The existing coding was just for an office visit and obviously to discuss my PSA, which was perfect. All of a sudden the day before, I was told they wanted to do an ultrasound. The couldn't get a referral amendment as it was still pending. They had that referral since the early January 2024...I think they just saw it it and they wouldn't make much money on it. I might go there one last time if they get the referral, but never again.

So disappointed as this office is close to my home. After the three appointments here I can say personally I will never return. The wait times 90 minutes and more. An uninterested support team in the front office. I stood at the checkin window while the two women finished their personal conversation before acknowledging me. The filth throughout the exam rooms and bathroom unacceptable. Dr. Zahalsky initially was ok but dispassionate and didn’t pay attention to my needs and didn’t listen. Dr. Brar on the other hand was late and rude and mediocre at best. Wasn’t wearing a mask and later said he was recovering from a cold. Geez, wear a mask!! The surgical team keeps calling to schedule an appointment when I’ve told them on two occasions I would never return to the office again. Not only are the wait times in office horrible, the phone system is awful too. Waited 15 minutes for someone to pick up so I could have my records transferred to another medical office. very bad experience, it's just a Urology Factory

I needed to schedule a procedure with a urologist. I called several urologists to get pricing and a few other pieces of information so that I could make a good decision when choosing a doctor. After weighing all my options, I decided to go with Z Urology. They quoted me $900 for the procedure. I had an office visit to speak to the doctor and then a second visit for them to perform the procedure.The procedure was a horrible experience! I told the doctor that I was feeling a lot of pain and he brushed me aside and continued with what he was doing. When I expressed again that I was very uncomfortable and having a lot of pain, he asked if I wanted him to stop when he was already in the middle of the procedure. How could he ask something like that?When I received the bill from Z Urology, it was $2,771.00! How can you tell someone that they are going to have to pay $900 and then charge them more than 3 times that amount? I wanted to warn others not to use their services.

Dr Zahalsky is professional, kind, compassionate, detail oriented & incredibly gifted when it comes to diagnosis. He has been SPOT ON!?? Alex & Susan Shafran

I would highly recommend Dr. Zahalsky, he took care of my kidney stones and I am so grateful. Their staff was amazing, they really care about their patients.

Great modern doctors office, warm staff, ivy league doctors. Has in house ultrasound which is a huge help, this way you dont have to go to an imaging center and the results are instant. Literally saves you from two more doctors office visits. This office is a one stop urological shop with great doctors. Highly recommend!

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! Dr Zahalsky is the most unprofessional disrespectful doctor I have ever meet. Their office cannot keep an appointment time, you will wait for hours. When I showed up for my procedure I waiting for almost two hours after fasting since the night before. I complained to the office. Dr Zahalsky canceled my procedure minutes before because I complained. He is an absolutely horribble doctors. I don’t have enough characters to explain the whole story. DO NOT SEE HIM

My husband has waited a month for pre-authorization on two much-needed medications. I've had to call every single day, Monday-Friday, for four weeks to TRY to get the medication. Everyone in his office passes the buck. No help whatsoever. All of his offices are nightmarish to deal with. If you need help quickly, go find it elsewhere.

This Dr is not ethical, misleading with his experimental treatments. Seek a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment from Dr Zahalsky. Verify your insurance billing as they tend to bill for services not provided.

Agree with the other reviews about rushing you to procedures. Spent barely a minute talking to patient in the room then rushed out. Have wrong info in medical records. After the tests, the doctor wasn't even going to talk to the patient about test results prior to doing a cystoscopy. It seems more about making the money than taking care of the patient. Would not recommend this doctor.

Wish I could give him a zero. Wanted to rush me in for a biopsy as there was a good chance I had cancer. I went to Cleveland clinic. They said no problem at all. Keep away from this Dr.

Very attentive and informative. Understanding and patient. Good doctor.

He is not a Doctor that will spend time covering all the risks. He will bypass that and just rush you to the operating table or chair for a procedure. When things go wrong, he claims he has nothing to do with and will abandoned you. Seek another Doctor!!!
