Waiting for test results
I had two open heart surgeries last year and just had a follow-up echo to see if everything is ok. The office won’t answer my calls or provide me with my results. I’m going to the medical board.

Horrible!
The doctors are okay I guess. Mine is pretty distant and uncaring. But, the staff and administration are the worst. Forget the “Patient Portal”. It is useless and when you send messages to your doctor, they are not answered. In fact they are deleted. The receptionists are all on power trips and primarily interested in what type of burritos are available that day instead of how they can help you.

Terrible. The providers are generally competent but the office staff is disorganized and not good at communicating with elderly patients. My most significant complaint is their medical records are not online and not available online. It is a major hassle to share your heart doc info with any of your other providers and this directly impacts patient care.
