UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion

I waited 3 months for my father's appointment. Two days before the appointment I received a robo call and the appointment time was 30 minutes earlier than what I had in my book. I called the office and they said that was the new time for the appointment and I confirmed the address. I get to that address 10 minutes early today only to find out that it was not at that address (100 Cook St) but at 12605 E. 16th Ave. The secretary said she would message the other office that we were on the way. Not wanting to take a chance of miscommunication, I called the other office to say we were 25 minutes away and confirmed elevator C 4th floor. We finally get to elevator C which is a good distance from the entrance especially for an 89 year old man, get to the 4th floor and it is at least 1/4 of a mile for them to say it's the 5th floor. They did not end up seeing my father by the time we made it to the 5th floor.
