Too many patients not enough staff
I waited in a packed waiting for over an hour before anyone called me. First it was the tech and then I waited an additional half hour to see the doctor. This was only my second visit for glaucoma treatment and the doctor was recommending cataract surgery with a shunt for addressing my glaucoma. My previous doctor told me my cataracts were not bad enough to warrant surgery and that the drops I take are keeping my pressure under control. They are awfully eager to do surgery which is basic assembly line. Find another doctor if you want personalized care.
