I was referred to the clinic in Scottsdale and instructed to call them for an appointment. I have called 4 times over the week and you are only given an option to leave a message with "McKenna" to schedule an appointment. I have not received a single call back. I have also tried dialing "0" for the receptionist, again only option is to leave a message. For someone who is anxious about their diagnosis, this adds to the frustration when you can't even get someone live on the phone to schedule an appointment. I will be asking my doctor for a referral to a different practice.
