Horrible

The nurse practitioner Jennifer lies in her chart notes. When you question anything she says she also doesn’t like it. They refused to give me pain meds because I take sleep meds when my doctor called them before they sent the referral and they said they would be able to give me something short term! When I called to have it changed the admin assistant was extremely rude and lied saying the info wasn’t there when I was looking on their website at my office visit notes. When I asked her for her name she told me hold on notated my account then hung up on me! I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE THEY ARE JUST AFTER THE INSURANCE MONEY AND JUST PUSH PROCEDURES TO BE ABLE TO BILL THE INSURANCE! THEIR ACTUAL DOCTOR SCHEDULE FOR ME TO BE OUT UNDER ANESTHESIA FOR A SIMPLE PROCEDURE THAT YOU WOULD STAY AWAKE FOR!!!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY MONEY HUNGRY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!
