Dr. Allen attended Howard University College of Medicine where she received her medical degree in 2007. She completed her Pediatrics Residency at VCU in 2010 before joining Capitol Pediatrics. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and some of her practice interests include well child care from birth to early adulthood, asthma, obesity, and endocrinology. She has a passion for teaching and educating children and their families to better understand their health concerns and appropriately manage them.
