Dr. Saing earned his undergraduate degree in physiology from the University of California Los Angeles and his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center.Following his residency, Dr. Saing pursued a fellowship at the Atlanta Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center, a premier training site for advanced techniques in cartilage and meniscus surgery. Dr. Saing served as associate team physician during his fellowship for the NFL's Atlanta Falcons and the NHL's Atlanta Thrashers. He also had the privilege of training internationally with pioneer surgeons in both France and Hong Kong.Dr. Saing returned to Philadelphia after his fellowship to teach at Albert Einstein Medical Center and work as a clinical assistant professor at Jefferson Medical College. He also served as medical director for the Philadelphia Broad Street Run, the largest 10-mile road race in the nation. He has published and presented more than 30 topics in both national and international journals and meetings.
