A majority of my practice is brain tumor surgery. I also do epilepsy surgery, and I do surgery for trigeminal neuralgia and other functional disorders of the nervous system. I've gone through this thousands of times, and I've operated on well more than a thousand brain tumors. But for them it's the first time they've ever experienced anything like that. And we're very aware of that. And we understand that patients need to be guided through what can be a very difficult time.
