My philosophy of care is to listen and understand the problem from the patient's perspective. I apply my knowledge and expertise on orthopedic conditions to find the best treatment plan through shared decision making with the patient.

With my experience as an athletic trainer and athlete, I was naturally drawn to orthopedics and sports medicine in particular. It's very rewarding for me to see patients arrive with an injury, be directly involved with repairing what's broken, and then get them back to the activities they love. Keeping a patient active can also help with the prevention of other medical concerns such as hypertension or heart disease. As a result, I find being a physician assistant in orthopedics to be both exciting and multifaceted.

I graduated from St. Catherine University in 2021 and have 12 years of nursing experience. I work at Tria Orthopedic Spine Care Program in Stillwater and Hudson. I am passionate about helping those with neck and back pain return to activity or improve quality of life. My practice offers a collaboration between patient and clinician to determine a care plan that best fits their life.
