Dr. Cuffy was born on the small island of Dominica in the West Indies. He grew up in sunny South Florida and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami from 1998-2002. He went on to attend Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine from 2002-2006 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
