Dr. K.C. Owsley is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. He has a particular interest in arthroscopy and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle. A native of Escondido, California, Dr. Owsley graduated from San Pasqual High School and went on to receive dual degrees in Philosophy and Zoology from Brigham Young University. He received his Medical Doctorate with honors from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York and remained in New York for his residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Upon graduating from residency, Dr. Owsley completed a sports medicine fellowship at the prestigious Kerlan Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles. While there, he worked as part of the medical staff for the L.A. Dodgers, L.A. Lakers, L.A. Angels, L.A. Galaxy, L.A. Sparks Anaheim Ducks, USC Football and many high school, college and amateur athletes. Dr. Brad Cohen is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in sports related injuries and joint replacement surgery. In addition to his residency training in Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Cohen has advanced Fellowships in both arthroscopy and sports medicine, with an emphasis on minimally invasive procedures. He moved to San Diego in 1997 for his fellowship at UCSD, following which he was invited to remain on clinical faculty.
