Care Philosophy: Dr. Fowzia Hakym graduated with honors from the University of Texas Dental where she was named on the National Dean™s list every year she was in school. She was also recognized on the All-American Scholars Collegiate directory and was a recipient of the Southwest Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons Award a coveted award for surgical excellence. In addition, she has been named one of Silicon Valley™s TOP DOCS and was included in America™s Top Dentists, by the Research Council of America. After graduation Dr. Hakym moved to California and had a very successful and well known cosmetic dental practice in San Jose, CA. until she returned to Houston in 2013. For Dr. Hakym, healing is a calling. She comes from a long line of doctors, with over 30 Physicians in her family, many of them right here in the greater Houston area! She believes that for a person to look and feel their very best and most youthful, their entire body must be in harmony, including their mouth.
