Biography: Dr. Zenga is a dual degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Physician. He received his DDS from Columbia University's College of Dental Medicine in New York City where he graduated with honors at the top of his class. He then received his MD from Columbia University's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. \n\nDr. Zenga completed the prestigious six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at Columbia University Medical Center/ New York Presbyterian Hospital. As part of the program he received a certificate for internship in general surgery where he treated and managed medically complex patients on various surgical services including plastic and reconstructive surgery, ENT, vascular, thoracic, surgical intensive care unit, acute care surgery and pediatric surgery. \n\nDr. Zenga is a passionate and enthusiastic Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who puts emphasis on patient centered care. He prides himself on his ability to quickly build rapport with patients to create the most comfortable and trusting environment in the office. He has extensive training in the full scope of OMFS with a focus and strength in dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, bone grafts, outpatient sedation, orthognathic/jaw corrective surgery, botox/fillers, benign pathology, TMJ, facial trauma and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Zenga keeps up to date with cutting edge technology in oral surgery to provide his patients the most modern techniques. He is experienced in computer aided virtual surgical planning using surgical guides and custom plates to provide the highest quality care.\n\nOutside of the office, Dr. Zenga appreciates the culture and energy that the New York/New Jersey area has to offer. You can often find him playing tennis as he was a nationally ranked junior tennis player. He also enjoys skiing, golfing, fishing, physical fitness, and traveling the world.
