Dr. William Keyes, DMD

Though I was unable to go to the appointment, I had several questions to ask AND several phone calls we made to Erin. Erin was very helpful and polite. Though I felt I was putting her through the wringer, she very politely and professionally answered each of my questions. When I'm able to make it there, she is the FIRST person I want to meet. (remember: front office staff MAKES the business).

I discovered this office by a new patient coupon ad. The office was able to set a new patient appointment within the week. The entire staff were so kind and amazing - Dr. Keyes explained everything regarding my dental health after the exam - he is clearly a caring doctor and provides information recommended for your health but does not try to push a patient into any procedure just for money. I have never been to a dentist office who has cared for the entire medical health of the patient - my blood pressure was taken, and the doctor found my pressure was high and recommended that I make an appointment with my primary care doctor to follow up. I haven't been consistent with physician appointments and thanks to Dr. Keyes, I have set an appointment with my doctor regarding my potential high blood pressure. Very grateful that an ad has led me to such a wonderful and caring dental office!

This was the worst experience I have ever received from a dentist. Never really explained what was going on in my month just want me to spend $600 in my mouth also said the same thing about my husband's mouth. Would never recommend him to anyone.

Worst dental experience ever with Dr. Keyes and Dental Partners. I find it troubling to see the Doctor receive so many positive reviews knowing my experience was so awful. They will do everything possible to milk your insurance company for every dime, have you sign disclosures mid procedure after they screw up, make appointments have you wait over an hour then say they are too busy to see you, do extractions when your tooth could be saved, the list goes on. Beware!

Dr. Keyes and the staff are excellent. Not a fan of the dentist to begin with but they make it a good experience. Can't say enough about them...sincere effort to ensure that you are comfortable, they all have great personalities, new office is great. Dr. Keyes is very approachable with any concerns and understands my apprehensions. Very sincere and best dentist around.
