This is the way a dental office should operate. It was actually fun to visit these folks, they were most accommodating, and Dr. Sevilla did excellent work.

Dr. Sevilla did an adequate job examining my teeth after my annual checkup. The office has been horrible to deal with! The office refused to file my medical insurance during my visit. My dental insurance paid most of the bill with a balance $23.60 remaining. My medical insurance paid $55.00 ($31.40 above the remaining balance). The check went to the corporate office (the address they had supplied to my insurance company). I've talked with Janet on several occasions about calling my insurance company to correct the address and my insurance would issue another check to them. They refuse to do that. Today they told me to pay the balance or it would be turned over to collections. FOR A BALANCE OF $23.60 - which they have been paid already (actually overpaid). After contacting my insurance and explaining about the threating actions - they called Melbourne Family Dental and got their address. Now my insurance will be mailing the check again.

Got in close to my appointment time. Cleaning and xrays done quickly and efficiently. Dr. Sevilla did a check and found one minor issue that might need work later on. Technician scheduled my next appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience with Dr Sevilla. I was seen by him on emgcy appt with broken molar. He was wonderful with my fear of dentists and my crown was painless. I was asked during whole procedure if I felt pain and comfortable. I recommend to anyone!
