The office's front desk staff (receptionist/scheduling/billing, all handled by one person) is driving long-time patients away in droves. By far the most unprofessional, rude, and WORST customer service I have ever encountered by ANY service provider. They never answer the phone. They do not call you back. They repeatedly misfile and can't figure out insurance. Billing CONSISTENTLY has mistakes and mischarges. I have never had so many headaches dealing with an office.

The front office staff might as well not exist- some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They NEVER answer their phone and it's pretty much impossible to schedule an appt. When I have actually managed to schedule an appt.and gone into the office they completely ignore me when I attempt to schedule an appt. for my next cleaning. I have ended up walking out- I wait so long that I give up. They also messed up my billing on top of that.
