Not great this time.
I’ve been a patient for nearly 6 years and Dr. Russell is nice and I really like my hygienist. However, I went in for crown prep this week and the dental assistant that did a lot of the work was rough, getting my lips caught around the tops of my front teeth and banging the instruments into my teeth - of course I couldn’t effectively communicate what was wrong with all that going on in my mouth! She also seemed inconvenienced by my difficult jaw. I would prefer to have someone else finish the crown on my next visit.

I visited Dr Russell yesterday and I was extremely pleased. I have 15 implants, bridges and crowns and I went for a cleaning and to be checked. Their equipment is up to date and that is so important to me. I am so happy to have found a dentist with whom I am so comfortable and know I am getting the best care.

The staff there is extremely rude and nasty and I waited an tremendous amount of time between appointments. They were also twice as expensive and half as competent as the dentist I was going to who retired. I do not recommend these people at all.

I have been a patient of Jason's for many years and I really appreciate his experience and knowledge. I always feel at ease when I have to have any dental work, Dr. Russell always takes the time to explain what he is going to do. I feel very at home with his staff.

Dr. Russell and his caring staff accompanied me through extraction issues and making a lower denture. It was such a different experience for me than when I had my upper denture made by another dentist. Dr. Russell and his staff were always available to me within minutes if I had questions or problems. Now that I have everything comfortable and fitting well, I wanted to let everyone know how knowledgeable Dr. Russell and his staff are. If you want it done right, go to Dr. Russell. Thanks you.
