My wisdom teeth grew in with no issues. Dr Hayes talked to me a couple times about whether I might want to have them extracted. The final time he talked to me about it, he basically just said "You should have them out before they cause you problems. I'm just telling you what has to happen," and then walked out of the room. That was the end of my appointment. Terrible bedside manner and really not comforting for someone who was young and concerned about getting oral surgery.

I have been searching for a good dentist that is sensitive to my needs for over 20 years and have been to many. When Dr. Hays was suggested to me by a dear friend I checked him out and I only wish that I had known about him years ago! My experience with Dr. Hays has been a pure delight. He is very personable and listens to what I have to say and has always been sensitive to my concerns. MY husband needed some teeth extracted and said that he could not even feel it. And the staff is great!
